PEB STRUCTURE

Trigon Structures is a leading manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and modern steel structures. We specialize in a wide range of prefabricated buildings, roofing systems, and advanced structural solutions. With strong engineering expertise, we are recognized as one of the most reliable manufacturers in the industry. Trigon Structures has successfully delivered numerous large and complex projects across diverse applications such as warehouses, commercial buildings, boiler houses, factory sheds, multistory steel structures, parking sheds and all types of industrial fabricated houses. Our manufacturing facility is located at POR-GIDC, Karjan, Gujarat.
PRE- ENGINEERED BUILDING (PEB)
A PEB is a steel structure designed using a combination of primary members (columns, rafters, bracing, canopies), secondary members (Z or C purlins, girts, eave struts), and roofing & wall sheeting components, all connected to each other to form a complete structural system. These members are custom-designed to be lightweight yet high in strength. The structure can be enhanced with additions such as trusses, mezzanine floors, fascia, canopies, and crane systems based on customer requirements. At the project site, all components are assembled using nut-and-bolt connections, which reduces construction time, optimizes cost, and ensures efficient installation.

APPLICATION OF PEB
Factories, workshops, warehouses, cold storage units, car parking sheds, cement plants, steel rolling mills.
Showrooms, distribution centers, supermarkets, restaurants, offices, service stations, shopping centers.
Schools, exhibition halls, hospitals, theaters, auditoriums, sports halls, malls, stadiums, universities.
Aircraft hangars, administration buildings, residential barracks, support facilities.
Poultry and dairy farms, greenhouses, grain storage units, animal confinement structures.
Gymnasiums, swimming pool enclosures, indoor tennis courts.
Pre-Engineered Building Components
A Pre-Engineered Building consists of carefully designed structural and architectural components that come together to create a complete steel building system. These components ensure durability, efficiency and fast installation.

TRIGON STRUCTURES BUILDING INCLUDES:
• All primary and secondary framing
• All connecting parts
• Choice of different roof and wall systems
• All fixings
• Flashing
• Thermal and/or acoustic insulation
• All sealants for weatherproofing
• Liner panels
• Crane beams and rails
• Mezzanine floors
• Integrated accessories
CRANE SYSTEM IN PEB BUILDINGS
PEB buildings can be designed to support any required crane system. Generally, EOT (Electric Overhead Travelling) cranes up to 25 MT capacity are supported on brackets. For heavier capacities, an independent support system is provided to ensure stability and safety. Crane support for overhead travelling cranes includes brackets, beams, and bracings. Additionally, the building can be designed to carry JIB Cranes, Mono Rail Cranes, Wall Travelling Cranes, and SemiGantry Cranes.
FEATURES
• Heavy-duty rails
• Laminated rails for easy replacement
• Continuous welding of crane rail to crane beam
• End stops (excluding rubber buffers)
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
• Standard crane capacity: 15 tons
• Standard crane span: 25 m
• Beam span range: 6 to 9 bays, with a limit of 8 m for crane
• capacities above 12.5 tons
• One crane per crane beam, or multiple cranes using
• spacers to maintain beam integrity
CRANE TYPES
• Type I: Single Girder
• Type II: Double Girder(excluding rubber buffers)
ADVANTAGES
• Perfect integration with steel building structures
• Single-source supply for crane beams and building
• Optimization of building spacing and crane beam span
• Integrated design of crane rail beams within the building
MEZZANINE SYSTEMS
Mezzanines are intermediate floors or platforms within a building that increase usable space without requiring major modifications to the existing structure.
A standard Mezzanine Floor System consists of:
• Galvanized profile steel deck
• Joists
• Beams
• Intermediate support columns
Mezzanines are commonly used for:
• Additional office space
• Storage areas
• Equipment or machinery platforms
USES OF MEZZANINE FLOORS
• Storage Mezzanines
• Retail Mezzanines
• Warehouse Mezzanines
• Office Mezzanines
• Production Mezzanines
• In-situ concrete solutions
ADVANTAGES
• Single-source supply for mezzanine and building
• Integrated design of mezzanine in the building
• Maximum utilization of building space
• Reduced construction time due to simultaneous erection
of mezzanine and main structure
• Guaranteed quality using precast or steel elements,
or concrete as required
FASCIAS
Mezzanines are intermediate floors or platforms within a building that increase usable space without requiring major modifications to the existing structure.
CLADDING SYSTEMS
Cladding systems are used to provide weather covering for the roof and walls from the external condition, steel structure needs to be covered fully/partially as per function requirements.
Technical Specification of Roof Cladding & Wall Cladding
• Long span ribbed panel: coverage width 1200mm or 1000 mm per profile
• 0.50 to 0.80 mm core thickness
• High tensile strength steel – S550
• Fixed to the structure with self-drilling
stainless steel screw
CANOPIES
The standard PEB steel canopy consists of built-up tapered canopy rafters that are cantilevered from the mainframe columns or from the end wall columns. Wall canopies over doors, shutters and windows at sidewalls or end walls, which basically act as a sunshade over the door & window to protect the rainwater/sun access to the building.
• Canopy with gutter & down-take without soffit
• Canopy with curved eaves with bottom S
• Canopy with curved eaves without soffit
CROSS BRACING SYSTEMS
CROSS BRACING SYSTEMS
Rod bracing is a primary member that ensures the stability of the building against forces in the longitudinal direction such as wind, cranes, and earthquakes. Diagonal bracing in the roof and side walls shall be used. Rod bracing shall have a minimum yield strength of 250 MPa and will conform to the physical specification of ASTM A-36 or equivalent.

Angle Bracing
Angle bracings are used to withstand the action of longitudinal forces.
The angles shall have a minimum yield of 250 MPa or 345 MPa.
